Life-threatening

  1. Call 112 or 118 right now
  2. Call nearest hospital or accommodation front desk

Serious but stable

  1. Contact your travel insurer
  2. Contact the nearest quality hospital (see cards below)
  3. Choose BIMC Nusa Dua, BIMC Kuta, Bali International Sanur, Kasih Ibu Tabanan or BIMC Ubud based on your location

Minor

  1. Use an approved local clinic or hospital outpatient
  2. Tell your family or travel buddy

Embassies and consulates

Lost passport

  1. Report it lost or stolen at the nearest police station and get a written report.
  2. Contact your embassy or consulate (above) for emergency travel document guidance.
  3. Notify your travel insurer.
  4. Tell the wedding contact so transport and accommodation can be adjusted.
  5. Bring a digital copy of your passport, a photo, and the police report to the embassy appointment.
